Overview
What I do
I was thrilled to have the opportunity to work as a graphic design/UX assistant in the Communications Team at the Information Technology System (ITS) at ISU. I worked collaboratively and assisted my department's supervisors, focusing on WorkCyte and the launch of the school's new enterprise and technology system, Workday.
I was in charge of auditing the WorkCyte website, part of the Workday rollout user testing phase, and creating scalable graphics for the WorkCyte website and on- and off-campus events.

ITS Quarterly Newsletter graphics
I developed a series of scalable graphics for the Winter 2024 ITS Quarterly Newsletter. The update included key technology updates on the Workday rollout Phase III and other takeaways on CyBox, AI, and the digital accessibility project.

ITS swag flyers
Flyers I designed to promote our department’s stickers. The flyers were to be handed out at the ITS booth at orientation days for new students.

Techscape sticker
The Techscape sticker series is a project by our department to create a set of stickers featuring a hybrid shape of the campus buildings with a technology device. The stickers were printed out as ITS goodies for new student orientation.
This was a small, quick task I worked on. The shape that I chose was to combine the administrative building, Catt Hall, with a big speaker.

Newsletter graphics
The Workday project has newsletters called Workday Forecast and Workday Wednesdays. In addition to handling minor copywriting tasks, I created reusable icons and graphics for both newsletters.
