This was the last project from Graphic Design Studio V and this has become one of my most enjoyable projects. The aim was to create an annual event that is sponsored by a community-based foundation (EAF). The event has to serve the community and bring impact to the locals. I did enjoy how this project gave me some freedom to explore what I had not done before and stretch my creativity to create my own event.

Autumn Food Fest is an annual event in a small city called Auburn in the state of Washington where the locals gather together to provide winter supplies for any members of the community who are in need.

In this project, the class was assigned to create an identity for an organization dedicated to providing a service benefiting others through the design and execution of a local community event. The emphasis is on developing branded graphic design materials tailored for the event, such as advertising, wayfinding, signage, and promotional products.

The focus is not solely on branding the organization itself, but rather on combining graphic design skills with a socially responsible approach. The goal is to effectively communicate the organization’s mission and objectives to serve others through a community-based event, incorporating various design-related products that support this service.

I crafted all the necessary materials for the event from promotional to food packaging. Since this is a food fest happening in the fall season, I decided to go with fall vibe colors with more muted colors. I also added some illustrations to incorporate the goal of the event to provide foods to be later be used for winter supplies for the local community. For the EAF brand, I decided to keep it neutral with black and white colors
