In this project, I got the opportunity to create an annual report in an office-like style. Choosing DEI in the workplace as the topic came from my background as a BIPOC person. Diversity is one of the essential elements in any social dynamic, and within this report, I elaborated on the importance of DEI itself, particularly in the workplace.
I researched the contents and summed them up into a topic of why diversity is important and how it can be applied in the workplace. I used multiple color swatches to emphasize the variety and unity embodied in this design report.

Print Report
Part II: Digital Article
The second part of the project is to convert the print-ready design to be digitally accessible. I revamped the design into web-based layouts using Figma for prototyping. This part of the project extensively increased my technical skills with Figma as I was pretty new to using the tool.
